Привет, друзья. Для начала предлагаем выполнить несложные задания, требующие подстановки подходящего по смыслу глагола или предлога.

Выполните перевод предложений на русский, обращая внимание на значение новых слов.

После выполнения заданий можно проанализировать свои ответы и, в случае ошибок, пройти их заново. Итак, вперед!

Структура фразовых глаголов

Фразовые глаголы могут состоять из:
глагол + наречие throw away
глагол наречие предлог put up with

 

Положение дополнения в предложениях с фразовыми глаголами английского языка

Если фразовый глагол  состоит из глагола + наречия, положение дополнения (имя существительное) не фиксировано.

Например:

(i) между глаголом и наречием:

She took her coat offОна сняла своё пальто.

(ii) Или после наречия:

She took off her coat. Она сняла своё пальто.

Фразовые глаголы с предлогом состоят из:
глагол + предлог look after, look at, wait for, think about, talk about, complain about

Задание №1. Поставьте в предложения подходящие фразовые глаголы с предлогом up в необходимой грамматической форме.

wake – pick – bring — eat — give – look – set — get — tidy – break

1. You shouldn’t … up boxing. You are really talented.

2. I haven’t … up the living-room. It’s dirty.

3. Don’t … her up too early in the morning.

4. I always … up the new words in the dictionary.

Задание №2. Поставьте в предложения подходящие фразовые глаголы с предлогом on в необходимой грамматической форме.
